This article is about whether video games should be put into schools to educate students.
Sarah Barab, a former high school teacher says she has made a video game that can teach kids about real-world dilemma such as a detective finding out why fish are dying in a park. She says education desperately needs to go in a different direction of teaching, because school education is falling apart.
My opinion: I think video games can be like books. You can have bad, violent books, are books for entertainment, or you can have what schools have, text books. Same thing with video games, I think time is changing and kids are more interested in video games than books, since video games are more in the direction of the future. This is why I think it is a great idea to teach using video games.
